About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our technical support team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing L2/L3 technical support to distributors and integrators for AV and control systems
• Complex troubleshooting across hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
• Implementing and adopting new AV/UC technologies
• Delivering professional technical training sessions to our partners

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in technical support / AV systems / UC solutions — required
• High-level English (working with global teams)
• Basic understanding of IT networking (VLANs, QoS, IP)
• Strong self-learning ability and technological curiosity
• Professional presence and confidence when presenting

Big Advantages

• Experience with Crestron products (design/programming)
• Background in electricity/electronics
• Basic programming knowledge (C#, Python)
