Job Description:
- Professional leadership and management of a QA team of 6 employees.
- Responsibility for testing Web, Mobile, underwriting, and internal systems.
- Close collaboration with development teams, system analysts, system managers, project managers, infrastructure, and information security teams.
- Building smart QA processes to improve testing efficiency and quality.
- Responsibility for planning, executing, and implementing testing throughout the product/project lifecycle.
- Creating test plans, designing test scenarios, and performing quality tests.
Job Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in the QA field, including at least 2 years in team management and leading quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and test documentation.
- Knowledge and experience in Web and Mobile testing – backend and frontend.
- Familiarity with banking systems – significant advantage.
