Senior Engineer/Technician – Passive Network Infrastructure (Data Center)

Experience: 4+ years in Data Center or mission-critical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement structured cabling systems (fiber and copper) for Data Centers.
• Supervise installation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform and review testing (OTDR, power meter, Fluke).
• Maintain accurate documentation and support troubleshooting.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of fiber optic cabling systems (Single-mode / Multi-mode: OS2, OM4/OM5).
• Expert knowledge of copper cabling (Cat7A and above).
• Hands-on experience with OTDR, power meters, fiber inspection scopes.
• Strong understanding of Data Center cable management systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent technical documentation skills.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical / Telecom Engineering (preferred).
