BUYME is looking for a Digital Media Manager (B2C) to take on a significant role within the Marketing team.
The role focuses on managing, monitoring, and optimizing the company’s digital media activity, with full responsibility for achieving business goals, both commercial and non-commercial, based on data analysis, strong business understanding, and effective collaboration with media vendors and internal stakeholders.
This position combines strong data analysis and business insight capabilities, numerical proficiency, and managerial skills, with less hands-on daily work in advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
-Overall responsibility for managing the digital media budget (monthly / quarterly) and allocating it across channels and platforms in line with company goals.
-Leading B2C media activity only, aligned with changing objectives, with a strong focus on eCommerce:
- Sales and conversion goals
- Awareness and branding goals
- Traffic, engagement, and funnel maturation goals
-Managing and leading the setup of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including:
- Meta
- Additional platforms
- App promotion campaigns (User Acquisition)
-Media Vendors and Internal Collaboration:
- Defining media objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in alignment with company goals
- Managing ongoing workflows with external media vendors, including prioritization, monitoring, and professional challenge
- Making data-driven decisions and leading continuous optimization
- Connecting vendor activity with internal stakeholders’ needs (Creative, Data, Product)
-Ongoing work on creative assets:
- Collaboration with designers and relevant stakeholders
- Responsibility for copy, messaging, and platform-specific adaptations
- Quality control and effectiveness of creative assets
-Real-time performance monitoring and analysis:
- Identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Making data-driven decisions
-Working with measurement and analytics systems:
- GA4
- BI systems
- Looker Studio
- AppsFlyer
- Firebase
-Responsibility for SEO, GEO, and AIO activities:
- Working with vendors
- Defining goals
- Measurement and monitoring
-Preparing monthly performance reports:
- Analysis of goal achievement
- Business insights and actionable recommendations
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing B2C digital media
- Experience working with digital advertising platforms, including app promotion campaigns
- Experience working with media vendors and managing cross-functional interfaces
- High analytical capabilities and deep understanding of performance data
- Experience with analytics and data systems (GA4, BI, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, Firebase)
- Strong marketing understanding and ability to connect media, creative, and business results
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to work in a dynamic environment
