We’re looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Intern / Junior Recruiter who wants to enter the world of tech recruitment. No prior experience required – just strong drive, curiosity, and passion for people and technology.
What will you do?
- Learn end-to-end tech recruitment processes
- Source and research candidates using LinkedIn and advanced tools
- Conduct initial phone screenings and support candidate evaluation
- Assist with job posting and recruitment marketing
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree - required
- Interest in tech, recruitment, and social platforms
- Strong communication skills and motivation to learn
