We are seeking a motivated Student Research Assistant (Evaluation and Measurement) within the Behavioral Sciences to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- :Lead, manage, and execute peer evaluation processes across organizational courses, with a strong emphasis on statistical data analysis and trend identification
- .Support the Head of the Field in conducting research and surveys, including data collection, processing, entry, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- .Assist team members with ongoing operational tasks, as needed

Requirement
- s:Current student or Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or Social Science
- s.Experience with SPSS (advantage) and the ability to work with research and technological tool
- s.Strong analytical thinking, data analysis skills, and attention to detai
- l.Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, with independence and initiativ
- e.Ability to present findings and insights in a clear and focused manne
