We’re Hiring: Demand Planner at Unilever Israel!

Location: Airport City (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, rest from home)

Are you passionate about planning, analytics, and driving operational excellence? Join our team as a Demand Planner and play a key role in shaping our supply chain strategy!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) forecasting process

✔ Collaborate with multiple stakeholders: Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and more

✔ Participate in forecast meetings and capacity planning with the factory

✔ Ensure operational and business targets such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory policies

✔ Create and manage reports for monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs

✔ Drive continuous improvement in production capabilities, service levels, and operational excellence

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles (preferably in FMCG or related industries)

✅ Experience with advanced information systems – SAP & Power BI preferred

✅ High-level English – mandatory

✅ Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
