Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PCB Layout Designer to join our hardware development team and take ownership of complex, high-speed PCB designs.

The role focuses on HDI, high-speed, and dense multilayer boards, working closely with hardware, SI, and mechanical engineers from concept through manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PCB layout and routing using Cadence Allegro for complex multilayer designs.
• Design HDI PCBs including microvias, blind/buried vias, fine-pitch BGAs, and dense routing.
• Implement high-speed design constraints (differential pairs, length matching, impedance control).
• Work closely with hardware engineers and SI engineers to define stack-ups and routing rules.
• Generate manufacturing and assembly deliverables (ODB++, Gerbers, drill files, fab notes).
• Support DFM/DFT reviews with PCB vendors and EMS partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PCB layout experience.
• Strong proficiency with Cadence Allegro (mandatory).
• Proven experience with HDI designs (mandatory).
• Experience with high-speed digital designs (PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes, etc.).
• Deep understanding of stack-ups, controlled impedance, and signal integrity constraints.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple boards simultaneously.
• Good English skills - Must.
