Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Development & Engagement Associate to join our Resource Development team. Working closely senior leadership and the Resource Development team, you will play a central role in sustaining and growing the philanthropic partnerships that fuel Co-Impact’s mission.

In this role, you will coordinate and support development initiatives with donors in mind, collaborating with program, finance, and leadership teams to ensure that donor interests and priorities are represented. You will act as a trusted advocate for our partners, helping to translate their goals into meaningful engagement, compelling communications, and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing donors and philanthropic partners
• Write compelling proposals, reports, and updates in Hebrew and English
• Collaborate with Director of Resource Development and senior managers on donor strategy and positioning
• Coordinate with program and finance teams to coordinate and gather data, impact stories, and insights
• Track donor engagement, manage timelines, and maintain CRM systems
• Lead donor meetings, visits, and presentations

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in fundraising, philanthropy, investor or client relations, communications, or similar roles involving relationship-building and stewardship of external partners
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – both written and spoken
• Exceptional writing skills – persuasive, clear, and professional with a focus on storytelling
• Strong time management skills
• Collaborative team player who also works independently
