Temporary Legal Counsel

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team on a temporary, fixed term basis (for 6 months, starting on April 1st 2026) to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be able to step into ongoing matters quickly and provide high‑quality, business‑oriented legal support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on company transactions in Israel and abrod.

• Draft and review a broad range of agreements (commercial, procurement, consulting, NDAs, teaming/JV, licensing, et.).

• Lead and support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations (including export controls); coordinate with relevant internal stakehoders.

Requirments:

• LL.B from a leading academic insttution.

• 4–8 years of commercial experience as in‑house counsel in a high‑tech/industrial company or in the commercial department of a leading aw firm.

• Demonstrated business‑commercial orientation and pagmatism.

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; ability to operate under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work indpendently.

• High proficiency in English – a significant part of the work is conductedin English.

• Hebrew proficiency – ability to draft and negotiae in Hebrew.

• Defense/dual‑use sector familiarity (government tenders, export controls such as ITAR/EAR)
