Information Security GRC Manager

We’re Hiring | Information Security GRC Manager | Lod, Israel

Join the Operations organization at the company’s headquarters and become part of the CISO office, leading governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement GRC processes across the organization, working with multiple stakeholders.

• Translate regulatory requirements (international, Israeli, and defense-related) into effective work plans, policies, and procedures.

• Write, update, and maintain information security and operational policies.

• Perform ongoing risk assessments, gap analysis, and initiate mitigation solutions.

• Conduct audits and controls to ensure compliance with information security standards and regulations.

• Manage task tracking and remediation processes (Task Management).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related) – mandatory.

• 3–5 years of experience in Information Security GRC – mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of leading information security regulations and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, GDPR) and relevant Israeli regulations.

• Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and managing risk assessment processes.

• Familiarity with Israeli defense-related regulation – a significant advantage.
