Freelance Marketing Content Specialist

Assistant to Brand Manager | Native English Speaker

An academic institution is seeking a freelance Marketing Content Specialist to serve as assistant to its Brand Manager.

This is an outsourced, freelance position - not an employee role.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with native-level English, proven marketing writing skills, and strong familiarity with the American Jewish market.

About the role:

Working directly with the Brand Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day implementation of marketing and brand language across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high-quality English copy across all materials. This includes writing, editing, and updating marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and digital assets, as well as maintaining brand language consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

·        Native English speaker with exceptional writing skills (mandatory)

·        Marketing sensibility and understanding of brand messaging

·        Proven experience in marketing copywriting and content editing

·        Strong familiarity with the American Jewish audience and communication style

·        Highly organized with ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities

·        Meticulous attention to detail

·        Experience working as a freelancer/contractor – advantage
