International Finance Development Project Manager

Factory 54, a leading fashion and lifestyle company, is undergoing a significant expansion with the opening of LULULEMON stores across Europe. We are looking for a talented professional to join our Finance Department as an International Financial Development Project Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our international growth and play a key role in establishing and managing our overseas operations.

Role Description:

• Project-based role involving the leadership, establishment, and development of the company’s international operations
• Establishment of companies and legal entities across Europe
• Ongoing collaboration with external auditors, accountants, and financial stakeholders abroad
• Leading and implementing ERP systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite
• Close collaboration with the CFO, Finance Manager, and International Controller
• Managing and leading cross-functional, international projects
• Working with financial institutions and government authorities abroad
• Leading and managing integration and localization projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in establishing business operations in Europe – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Economics / Industrial Engineering & Management – mandatory
• High proficiency in Excel and presentation preparation
• Experience working with ERP systems, with a strong advantage for NetSuite
• Full professional proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing – mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong ability to work independently, and to drive processes forward
