Hardware Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our hardware team. The role includes full responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of advanced electronic systems and components, while maintaining high quality, reliability, and compliance with standards. The position requires system-level thinking, technical leadership, and experience in integration and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Full design ownership: Design, develop, and implement complex electronic boards, including analog and digital circuits.
• System integration: Lead integration processes between hardware, software, and mechanical components to ensure optimal system performance.
• Testing and verification: Perform comprehensive testing in company laboratories and external labs.
• Documentation: Prepare complete technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports.
• Continuous improvement: Analyze system performance, propose improvements, and implement new technologies.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with project managers, manufacturing teams, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manufacturing and customer support: Assist with manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues for customers.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in electronic board design and development.
• Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes.
• Technical skills:
• Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or similar.
• High proficiency in using laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, soldering, testing tools).
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, or similar.
• Knowledge of structured and well-documented development processes.
• Personal skills:
• System-level perspective and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Languages: Hebrew, good command of English.
