Job Description:

For the IT and Information Systems division of a large organization located in Airport City, we are seeking a Junior SAP HR Implementer to join a large-scale SAP HR project based on SuccessFactors.

The role includes joining an HR information systems implementation team, working closely with business and technology stakeholders, and providing full lifecycle support—from requirements analysis and system design through go-live and ongoing maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic education: Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management / Human Resources or a similar field
• At least 1 year of experience working with SAP HR
• Understanding and background in HR processes within large organizations
• Experience working with business users and the ability to analyze and define requirements and processes
• Basic functional and technical consulting capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership and initiative
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple interfaces
• High service orientation and strong business mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience or internship in SuccessFactors implementation – advantage
• Familiarity with information systems implementation and rollout processes – advantage
• Experience assisting in project management – advantage
