Payroll Team Leader (Senior Payroll Accountant) for a Leading Financial Services Company

A leading company providing financial services to high-tech and international clients is seeking a Payroll Team Leader.

Role Responsibilities

Professional and managerial leadership of a high-quality payroll accounting team.
End-to-end responsibility for payroll preparation for approximately 300 employees – from onboarding to termination.
Performing controls, reviewing payslips, and providing professional support to the company’s clients.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience as a payroll accountant – mandatory.
Managerial experience and experience in reviewing payslips – mandatory.
Proven experience handling payroll for 200–400 employees.
Full proficiency in Shiklulit – mandatory.
Experience with Michpal – a strong advantage.
Very good English and excellent Excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure, high accuracy, flexible thinking, and eagerness to learn and grow.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and a multi-tasking environment.
Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability for systems and applications.
Knowledge of SHAAM and National Insurance Representation System – an advantage.
