Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of cohort and session operations
• Coordination and ongoing management of lecturers and instructors
• Cross-company operational execution and support
• Operational handling of financial and administrative processes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and internal workflows

Requirements

• Strong execution mindset and high sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-oriented and comfortable working with systems
• Proactive, independent, and process-driven
