Recruiting Team Lead

🔹 Recruitment Manager | Leading Medical Center | Tel Aviv 🔹

A leading medical center in Tel Aviv is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the full recruitment function in a large, complex organization.

This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on recruitment with team management, close collaboration with hiring managers, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic, multi-interface environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment function from job opening to successful hire
• Manage and develop a team of recruitment coordinators
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of roles
• Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and provide professional guidance
• Manage and optimize recruitment sources and external vendors
• Improve candidate experience and implement recruitment processes and best practices
• Track recruitment metrics, meet hiring targets, and identify gaps
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity throughout recruitment processes
• Collaborate with HR, employer branding, and internal stakeholders

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Around 5 years of recruitment experience in a medium-to-large organization
• Proven experience managing or leading recruitment teams – required
• Strong hands-on recruitment experience with high hiring volumes
• Experience working in large or public organizations – an advantage
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
• High-level Hebrew, written and spoken

💼 Position scope: Full-time | Sunday–Thursday | 8.5 hours per day (flexibility for overtime as needed)

💰 Salary: Around 17,000 NIS gross, based on experience and fit
