Digital Account Manager

Wanted: Digital Account Manager for a leading digital agency in Tel Aviv (hybrid, two days from home).

The chosen candidate will manage major brands, lead digital and 360° initiatives, and work closely with media, creative, and client teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns and long‑term client success.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage digital accounts end‑to‑end — strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization

● Lead digital and 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencers, and ATL channels

● Work closely with major brands, senior client stakeholders, and external vendors

● Oversee budgets, performance measurement, KPIs, reporting, and optimization processes

● Bridge creative, media, and business needs to deliver cohesive, effective campaigns

Job Requirements:

● 2–4 years of experience in a digital agency or advertising agency

● Experience working with major brands and managing multiple clients simultaneously

● Strong understanding of digital platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, content, influencers

● Solid understanding of PPC, social, and ATL environments

● Ability to work with numbers, budgets, and performance reports

● Highly organized, responsible, proactive, and capable of independent management

● Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain long‑term client relationships
