We are hiring a VP System Engineering
for a growing Deep-Tech company operating in a highly complex, multidisciplinary technological environment.
This role is not for classic system managers.
It is for a senior system engineer who lives and breathes end-to-end system ownership, from architecture to integration to experimentation.
You will take a central technical leadership role, working closely with:
Algorithms
Software & Embedded
Hardware, Sensors & RF
System Integration & Testing
This is a hands-on position with real technical depth, designed for engineers who enjoy leading complex systems, not managing from the sidelines.
What you’ll be responsible for- Leading system engineering of complex hardware-software systems & systems of systems
- Acting as the technical focal point across multidisciplinary teams
- Defining system architecture, requirements & interfaces
- Leading integration, testing and experimental campaigns
- Driving system-level trade-offs, risk mitigation and technical decisions
- Rapidly learning and adapting to new technological domains
What we are looking for- 15+ years in system engineering of complex systems
- 10+ years hands-on experience with Sensors and/or RF systems
- M.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Proven ability to work across defense-grade / mission-critical environments
- Strong communication skills and natural technical leadership
