Information Technology Manager

Wanted: IT Manager for a fast‑growing gaming company in Tel Aviv.

This is a very rewarding full‑time on‑site position.

The chosen candidate will serve as the company’s go‑to expert for all IT operations, own end‑to‑end infrastructure decisions, and build a modern, secure, scalable IT environment in a high‑velocity tech organization.

Job Responsibilities:

● Own all IT operations across the company, acting as the primary point of contact for infrastructure, security, and support.

● Administer and manage JumpCloud and Google Workspace in a production environment.

● Lead SSO integrations and identity management using SAML/OIDC, SCIM, MFA, and group‑based access control.

● Make end‑to‑end decisions on tools, implementation, rollout, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues across macOS, Windows, office networks, and common SaaS applications.

● Collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams, setting clear expectations and ensuring smooth operations.

● Maintain high standards of documentation, policies, and vendor communication.

● Operate with strong ownership and autonomy, prioritizing effectively and driving work with minimal oversight.

Job Requirements:

● Several years of hands‑on experience in IT administration or IT lead roles within modern SaaS or tech environments.

● Proven experience as the go‑to IT person, first IT hire, or one‑person IT team.

● Strong, practical experience administering JumpCloud and Google Workspace.

● Solid understanding of SSO, identity, and access technologies (SAML/OIDC, SCIM, MFA, group‑based access).

● Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, networks, and SaaS tools.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.

● High sense of ownership, autonomy, and action‑oriented mindset.

● Strong written English for documentation, policies, and vendor interaction.
