We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our hands-on R&D team. You’ll build and ship product features end-to-end across backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (React), working closely with the team to deliver reliable, scalable experiences in production.

• Build features E2E: design, implement, test, deploy and operate services & UIs (Java/Spring Boot, React).

• Develop clean, maintainable systems: work with APIs, data models, and integrations; contribute to scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Engineering excellence: participate in code reviews, improve testing practices, and support observability (logs/metrics) and security best practices.

• Collaborate: work with Product/Design/CS to translate business needs into resilient technical solutions.

• Production mindset: contribute to CI/CD, release quality, and continuous improvement on AWS (and Kubernetes as applicable).

• 3+ years as a Full-Stack engineer (Strong Backend), with production experience – must have.

• Proven hands-on with Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and React – must have.

• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST, and modern service-oriented development.

• Cloud experience – AWS – must have.

• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive “get-things-done” mindset.

• DevOps exposure: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC.
• Background in fintech/insurtech.
• Familiarity with security/compliance considerations for SaaS.
