About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Network Team Leader to lead, design, and implement advanced network and NetOps infrastructures across the organization. This is a key technical leadership role that combines team management with architectural responsibility for network solutions, automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Lead and manage the NetOps team, responsible for network infrastructure, communication security, and network automation.

• Design and implement enterprise-level network architecture and infrastructure solutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

• Define, plan, and implement automation, monitoring, and network management tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).

• Oversee day-to-day operations of communication infrastructures- routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls, VPN, and DNS.

• Drive system availability, resilience, and performance improvements, including complex incident resolution and RCA leadership.

• Collaborate closely with IT, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Information Systems teams to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.

• Lead strategic network infrastructure projects, including migrations, expansions, and technology upgrades.

• Manage vendors and contractors, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide their adoption within the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing network infrastructures (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers).

• Proven experience in team leadership or in a NetOps / infrastructure architecture role.

• Hands-on experience in DevNet / NetOps environments- automation, scripting (Python / Ansible / Terraform).

• Deep understanding of enterprise networks, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), cybersecurity, and Zero Trust architectures.

• Experience with monitoring and control systems (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.).

• Strong strategic and system-level thinking, with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Relevant academic background- Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or Cisco / Juniper certifications.
