CTO / Technical Co-Founder (Equity) – Gaming / Unity / Real-World Multiplayer App

We are building HUNTERZ, a real-world, location-based competitive game that turns cities into live treasure hunts. Players follow real-time clues to find hidden prizes, while local businesses sponsor hunts to drive measurable foot traffic.

We have already run live pilots with strong engagement and are preparing for the next stage: launching the mobile app and scaling the product.

We are looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder to join the team on an equity basis and lead the technical development of the platform.

• Mobile game with real-time multiplayer mechanics
• Location-based gameplay (GPS / map / live events)
• Unity-based game experience combined with mobile backend
• B2B2C platform with sponsor integration and live campaigns

• Strong experience with Unity
• Experience building multiplayer or social games
• Experience as team lead / tech lead / senior developer
• Ability to design scalable architecture
• Passion for gaming, startups, and fast execution
• Interested in joining as equity co-founder
