Dr. Fischer is looking for a Senior Cosmetic Formulator to lead the development of innovative cosmetic and toiletry products.
This is a key role within a leading R&D department, with end-to-end responsibility for formulation development (from concept to market), close collaboration with regulatory and internal stakeholders, and professional leadership of a formulation team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in formulation development (cosmetics / pharmaceuticals / food) – mandatory
- Strong knowledge of skincare regulations and product registration processes – advantage
- Experience leading or mentoring an R&D/formulation team – advantage
- Proven leadership skills, high level of ownership, initiative, and ability to drive processes independently
