Back Office Employee

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we are building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We are seeking a Back Office Employee to ensure the correctness and reliability of our trading systems, covering both back-office and front-office operations.

This is a hands-on role working directly with trading operations teams, market data providers, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), internal banking systems, and our trading application. You will perform end-to-end validations to ensure systems meet regulatory, business, and technical requirements.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct end-to-end validations of trading systems, including back-office processes, settlements, and front-office workflows.
• Work with market data files from TASE and internal systems.
• Investigate discrepancies and analyze logs and system behavior.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases independently.
• Manage testing progress and track defects in JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to validate business workflows.
• Ensure that all systems are compliant with regulatory and business requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trading systems, investment banks, or asset management back-office operations - Must.
• Strong understanding of back-office trading processes and securities handling - Must.
• Experience working with market data files - Must.
• Solid understanding of business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, test planning, and test execution.
• Independent and self-driven.
