An innovative company in the life sciences space is seeking an experienced VP Regulatory Affairs to lead global regulatory strategy for cutting-edge products and drive successful submissions across major health authorities.

About the role:

As VP Regulatory Affairs, you will lead and grow the Regulatory Affairs function, owning global regulatory strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle. This is a senior leadership role with high impact, working closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate development and market access while maintaining regulatory excellence.

Key highlights:

• Senior leadership role based in Israel
• 15+ years of regulatory affairs experience, including departmental leadership
• Hands-on responsibility for FDA, EMA, and global regulatory submissions
• Strong involvement in innovative products at NDA / MAA levels
• Close collaboration with R&D, Clinical, Quality, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams

What you’ll bring:

• Advanced degree (MSc / PhD) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful global regulatory approvals
• Strong people management, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
