Chief Financial Officer

Mega Media, Israel’s leading Out-of-Home advertising company, is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:

Full responsibility for the company’s financial management, with a key role as a strategic business partner to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership of the Finance function
• Managing a small team of accountants
• Preparation of financial statements, budgets, cash flow and financial controls
• Responsibility for economic analysis: costing, pricing, profitability and business feasibility
• Ongoing work with banks and external financial bodies
• Building, improving and optimizing financial and economic processes
• Active involvement in business development and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proven experience as a CFO / Finance Director
• Strong background in financial analysis, pricing and profitability
• Previous experience in a growing commercial or retail company
• Hands-on experience in building scalable financial infrastructure:
• financial systems, management reporting, control and measurement tools, and efficient workflows
• High level of independence, accuracy and organization, with strong business acumen
