UK Community Project Manager – Pre-Aliyah Programs

Part-Time (50%) | Hybrid (Ra’anana-based) with Travel to the UK

Gvahim is a leading non-profit organization with 20 years of experience supporting Olim from around the world in their successful integration into the Israeli job market.

Through our Pre-Aliyah programs, we work closely with Jewish communities abroad to prepare future Olim for professional and personal integration in Israel.

Gvahim is seeking a UK Community Project Manager to join our Pre-Aliyah Team and lead our activities in the UK market.

This role combines community engagement, project management, and partnership development, and requires close collaboration with both UK-based stakeholders and Israel-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Gvahim’s Pre-Aliyah activities in the UK
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Jewish community organizations, institutions, and partners across England
• Represent Gvahim in community meetings, events, and conferences in the UK
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Pre-Aliyah programs and events (online and in-person)
• Work closely with internal teams (Pre-Aliyah, Programs, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment and impact
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ongoing reporting
• Track KPIs, outcomes, and program impact
• Identify opportunities to expand Gvahim’s presence and partnerships within the UK Jewish community

Requirements

• English – mother tongue level (mandatory)
• Proven experience working with Jewish communities in England
• 3+ years of experience in project management, community engagement, or program coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and availability to travel regularly to the UK
• Familiarity with the non-profit, Jewish communal, or Zionist ecosystem – a strong advantage
