VP of Finance – Gaming Company (Growth Stage) | Global Role

We are hiring a senior, hands-on VP Finance to lead the financial function of a fast-growing gaming startup.

🚨 Gaming industry experience in a Series A–C startup is mandatory

If you haven’t held a senior finance role in a gaming company - this role is not a fit.

• Lead global financial operations across multiple entities

• Build scalable finance infrastructure from early-stage to growth

• Partner closely with CEO and executive leadership

• Own and optimize gaming KPIs: ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and reporting

• Support fundraising and investor relations

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

• Stay hands-on in a dynamic startup environment

✔ VP Finance / Finance Director experience in a gaming startup

✔ Series A-C company background - must

✔ Deep understanding of gaming monetization models

✔ Experience working with global teams and US time zones

✔ Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards

✔ ERP experience: NetSuite, SAP or similar

✔ CPA or equivalent - required

✔ Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
