Digital Account Manager

A leading advertising agency is looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to manage major brands on an ongoing basis, lead digital and 360° initiatives, and work closely with media, creative, and client teams.

About the role:

• End-to-end digital account management – strategy, planning, execution, and performance monitoring
• Leading digital and 360° campaigns (digital, social, influencers, ATL)
• Ongoing work with major brands, senior client stakeholders, and suppliers
• Budget management, performance measurement and analysis (KPIs, reports, optimization)
• Bridging creative, media, and the client’s business needs

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2–4 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency
• Experience working with major brands and managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms:
• Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, content, influencers
• Understanding of PPC, social media, and ATL
• Strong numerical skills, including budget and report management
• Highly organized, responsible, proactive, and strong self-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships
