Experienced FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively partner with various departments.

Job Description

1.   Financial Planning & Analysis

 - Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long

   term planning

 - Analyze financial results, identifying trends, and providing insights to senior management

 - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable   

   recommendations

2.   Budgeting & Forecasting

 - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts

 - Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial

   projections

 - Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysis

3.   Reporting

 - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and   

  presentations for senior leadership

 - Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

4.   Business Partnering

 - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial

   strategies with business objectives

5.   Process Improvement

 - Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems

 - Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

- BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling

- Experience with SAP is a plus

- ⁠experience from a global manufacturing company is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Fluent in English
