Creative Strategist
Company Overview
Wider is an intelligence layer for Creative Performance, built on an A2A protocol and operating as a meta layer above all generative models, orchestrating them into one cohesive creative brain. It powers truly data-driven ads by turning performance insights into automated creative choices and production.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who will be responsible for elevating the quality, performance, and scalability of our creative output.
The Creative Strategist will help maintain high creative standards across scripts and final video assets, enhancing storytelling, emotional impact, and clarity while aligning creatives with defined performance goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative taste with a performance mindset and is able to improve systems, not just individual ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and evolve Wider’s creative system to ensure scalable, high-quality output
- Develop and refine ad concepts aligned with performance goals and platform best practices
- Review, improve, and approve scripts before they leave the system
- Review and provide feedback on final video creatives
- Enhance scripts with stronger storytelling, structure, and emotional impact
- Analyze creative performance data to inform iterations and future concepts
- Brief and collaborate with designers, editors, developers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure creatives align with defined performance goals while minimizing revision cycles
- Balance creative intuition with data-driven decision-making
Channels & Formats
Channels: - Meta (Facebook & Instagram) - TikTok - YouTube - LinkedIn - X (Twitter) - AppLovin
Formats: - Video ads (UGCs, Spot, High Production, etc.) - Static ads
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, or advertisement agencies
- Strong scriptwriting skills
- Proven ability to evaluate and improve creative performance using data
- Experience with creative testing frameworks and iteration
- Solid understanding of video editing principles and creative execution
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows
- Ability to give clear, actionable feedback across teams
Tools & Platforms
- Ad Libraries Manager
- Familiarity with AI Creative platforms (Weavy, ComfyUI, Flow, etc.)
- Familiarity with work management services (Notion, Monday.com , Jira, etc.)
Collaboration & Reporting
- Works closely with editors, developers, founders, and Customer Success Managers
- This role does not include people management responsibilities at this stage

- Ensure creatives align with defined performance goals
- Scripts and videos require minimal fixes or revisions
- Improved consistency and quality across all creative assets
