Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on VP Operations to lead and scale Taliaz’s operational engine across multiple markets. This role owns end-to-end clinical and service delivery - from capacity planning and clinic performance to customer success and scalable infrastructure, with clear accountability for results.

You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to translate growth into consistent execution, ensuring our clinics deliver outstanding patient and clinician experiences while meeting operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Global Clinical & Service Operations

• Lead multi-market clinic operations, ensuring reliable delivery while adapting workflows to local requirements.
• Oversee the clinical workforce (psychiatrists, psychologists, care teams): onboarding, training, scheduling, and quality oversight.
• Run escalation protocols and real-time operational problem-solving in sensitive clinical environments.

Clinic KPIs, Capacity & Performance

• Full ownership of clinic KPIs across markets: utilization, wait times, availability, cancellations/no-shows, SLAs, and patient/clinician experience (NPS/CSAT where relevant).
• Build and run demand-based capacity planning models; drive continuous improvement through dashboards and structured performance rhythms.

Customer Success & Institutional Delivery

• Serve as the senior operational point of contact for healthcare organizations and institutional partners.
• Ensure delivery against contracts and SLAs, with strong cross-functional coordination (Clinical, Finance, Sales/BD, Tech/Product).
• Support field-facing activity as needed (presentations, trainings, stakeholder engagement) to remove barriers and improve adoption.

Scalability & Systems

• Lead the shift from manual processes to scalable operations supporting growth from hundreds to thousands of patients per month.
• Implement and optimize operational systems (CRM, EHR, scheduling, ticketing, BI) and standardize SOPs—without losing speed.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in senior operations leadership in service-driven, complex or regulated environments (healthcare/digital health is a strong advantage).
• Proven experience owning and improving operational KPIs and running multi-site or multi-market delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on comfort with dashboards, systems, and operational tooling.
• Experience managing distributed/hybrid teams and working with institutional customers (B2B/B2G).
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
• Execution-first, highly structured, resilient, and comfortable in fast-scaling environments.
