About SENSOREST:

SENSOREST is an early-stage (Pre-Seed) startup developing a Smart Therapeutic Wearable for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and sensory processing challenges. Our product is a complex IoT system that combines physiological sensing, real-time edge AI, and adaptive haptic actuation (Deep Pressure Therapy) to autonomously detect and soothe anxiety.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Hands-on CTO—someone who loves building hardware/software systems from scratch and is ready to tackle the multidisciplinary challenge of bringing a medical-grade wearable to market.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect & Build: Design the end-to-end system architecture (Hardware → Firmware → App → Cloud).
• Algorithm Development: Lead the signal processing and ML efforts to detect physiological stress patterns in real-time.
• Embedded Engineering: Hands-on development of firmware (C/C++), sensor integration (PPG, EDA, IMU), and power management.
• From Prototype to Product: Lead the transition from POC to MVP and mass production (DFM), managing vendors and BOM.
• Strategic Leadership: Serve as a core partner in the founding team, shaping the company's roadmap and culture.

What You Bring:

• Proven hands-on experience in Embedded Systems / IoT (Hardware + Firmware).
• Strong background in C/C++, RTOS, and BLE connectivity.
• Experience with biometric sensors and signal processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• A "Builder" mindset—you are not afraid to get your hands dirty with code or soldering.

Nice to Have:

• Background in MedTech / Wearables / Healt
• Experience with Edge hTech.AI / Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes (FDA/CE) or clinical trials.
