AI Engineer

Startup developing a cybersecurity product in the Identity domain, combining LLM and Security to create an innovative LLM Agent that transforms how organizations manage identity internally. Agentic technology solves security incidents and other organizational problems.

Located in Tel Aviv, currently around 30 employees, growing rapidly after raising tens of millions from a leading VC.

Role overview-

• Part of the AI team building task-specific Agents that automate complex, non-linear workflows
• Develop intelligent components interacting with multiple systems and stakeholders
• Focus on infrastructure development
• Work with Kubernetes
• Deploy solutions to production

Requirements-

• 5 years of backend development experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, concurrency).
• Proven experience building large-scale distributed systems with cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector, Redis) - advantage.
• Practical understanding of LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models).
• Strong communication skills, proactive ownership, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
