Marketing & Sales Research Associate (Student Position)

We are looking for a student with an engineering background who is curious about the business side of technology and has a strong interest in marketing, sales, and market research.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how advanced engineering products are positioned, researched, and sold in global B2B markets.

• Research markets, competitors, and industry trends
• Identify and qualify potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
• Support sales activity by initiating outreach and coordinating meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in HubSpot
• Translate research insights into clear, practical recommendations for marketing and sales

• Student in an engineering-related field (electrical, mechanical, systems, industrial, or similar)
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, and business strategy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn research into action
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital tools is an advantage
