AI Engineer

A startup in the mortgage industry is developing an AI-powered platform designed to optimize and streamline the work of mortgage advisors across the U.S. market.

The company generates revenue through mortgage transaction commissions, combined with a SaaS model and advanced lead generation tools.

The company’s vision is to transform the mortgage industry from within by leveraging automation and AI improving the experience of both customers and advisors, while creating stronger unit economics and sustainable value for all stakeholders.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Development, this role involves end-to-end ownership of both architecture and development of an AI Agent, from design to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture and end-to-end development of an AI Agent
• Design, build, and scale AI-driven workflows
• Hands-on development using Python and JavaScript
• Work with LLMs and agent-based architectures
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Containerization and deployment using Docker

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Python or Node.js or Go (at least one is required)
• Veterans of elite Israeli technological units
• For candidates without military background: Graduates of leading universities.
• Mandatory experience in Enterprise-scale companies, working on complex, production-grade systems
