We are seeking a Graphic Design Lead to own and elevate the visual language of our brand across digital, product, and marketing touchpoints. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strong execution with creative direction, responsible for ensuring visual consistency, quality, and impact across all assets.
This role is approximately 60–70% hands-on design, with the remainder focused on brand ownership, mentorship, and coordination with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design creative materials for consumer physical and digital campaigns, presentations, packaging, and print collateral
- Build and maintain unified brand asset libraries, including digital assets, brand guidelines, press kits - for both B2B and B2C use
- Develop polished templates for investor, marketing, and product presentations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a junior designer in a remote or hybrid environment, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and professional growth
- Manage and coordinate external design studios, including briefing, feedback, execution oversight, and quality control across all deliverables
Brand Development
- Own and evolve the company’s visual identity across all consumer and enterprise channels.
- Maintain a cohesive brand system — logo, typography, motion, and color — across digital, physical, and spatial environments.
- Translate complex technologies into clear, emotionally resonant visual narratives.
- Ensure seamless brand-to-product continuity throughout the entire user journey.
- Collaborate on video content creation, including scripting for tutorials and unboxings, and overseeing vendor-produced 3D animations
Website Maintenance and Development
- Conduct ongoing updates to the company’s websites - Content updates (copy, visuals, product info, use-cases), UX improvements
- Design, test and launch new landing pages and website categories
- Build onboarding pages, new use-cases pages, and technology education pages
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in brand, product, and graphic design — preferably within consumer electronics, wearables, or emerging tech.
- Proven experience taking a brand from zero to one, defining its visual identity and system, and applying it consistently across digital and physical product experiences.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and web platforms such as Wix, Shopify, WordPress, and Elementor.
- Hands-on expertise in visual storytelling, UI/UX, and ensuring brand consistency from concept through print and production.
