Senior Network Security Engineer 232792

We are looking for an experienced Senior System & Security Engineer with a strong IT and cybersecurity background, specializing in Trellix security solutions. The role involves working on secure, mission-critical environments, system hardening, and endpoint, data, and network security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and support of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Installation, configuration, and patching of operating systems and third-party software
• System configuration, version control, and environment management
• Log analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation
• Supporting real-time and mission-critical systems
• Applying fixes and updates in production environments
• Collaboration with cross-functional technical teams

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system and security engineering
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge of C, Java, SQL, and shell scripting
• Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle)
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Security Expertise – Trellix (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience with:

• ePolicy Orchestrator (On-Prem)
• Endpoint Security (EDR, ENS, HX)
• Data Security (DLP, Database Security)
• Network Security (Network Detection & Response, Intrusion Prevention)
• Application Change Control and Policy Management

Nice to Have

• Experience working with high-availability or mission-critical systems
• Background in enterprise or large-scale IT environments
