Job Description:

• Analysis, planning, and professional oversight of complex technological projects
• Definition and analysis of business and technical processes
• End-to-end solution design
• Writing high-quality professional requirement and specification documents
• Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Presenting solution alternatives to decision-makers
• Estimating costs and project timelines
• Providing professional guidance throughout the full project lifecycle
• Including preparation of tender (RFP) documentation

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting within communications infrastructure and/or multimedia systems
• Proven experience in system analysis and writing business and technical specification documents
• In-depth knowledge of active and passive communications infrastructure, data centers, electrical and control systems
• Experience working with large organizations and/or public-sector bodies
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage complex interfaces
• Experience in writing tender documents – significant advantage
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to present alternatives and estimate costs and schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Ability to work independently, strong system-level thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills
