Experienced CISO

We are looking for an experienced CISO to join us in a CISO as a Service model.

We work primarily with tech-focused companies, offering exposure to cutting-edge cloud, infrastructure, and software development environments.

This role combines strategic leadership, executive advisory, and hands-on security execution, with direct exposure to management, boards, and technical teams.

Location (Jerusalem / Modi'in)

Responsibilities

Define, build, and lead the organization’s cybersecurity and information security strategy

Conduct security risk assessments, gap analyses, and threat modeling

Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and controls

Act as a trusted security advisor to executive management and board members

Lead regulatory and compliance efforts (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, etc.)

Own and manage incident response, including tabletop exercises and post-incident reviews

Oversee third-party vendors, MSSPs, and security service providers

Align security architecture with business objectives and growth plans

Adapt security maturity to organizational size, risk profile, and budget

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CISO, Head of Security, or Senior Security Leader
• Strong executive-facing communication and advisory skills
• Deep hands-on and architectural knowledge in:
• Cloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Application & Infrastructure Security
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Experience working with startups, SMBs, or scaling organizations – an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-client environment
• High-level English (written and spoken)
