DevOps Engineer

🚀 DevOps Engineer (AI SaaS Platform)

Elysian Softech is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the core team behind PLEXA — an advanced AI platform that manages real business communication and end-to-end operational workflows (WhatsApp, Phone, Web, CRM, and more).

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility over production infrastructure, scalability, and stability of a live AI system.

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for a scalable AI SaaS platform
• Operate and manage Kubernetes (K8s) clusters in production environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple services
• Deploy and manage containerized services using Docker & Kubernetes
• Support asynchronous and background processing using Celery (queues, workers, scaling)
• Work closely with Backend and AI teams on architecture, deployments, and scaling strategies
• Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response for production systems

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in production environments
• Mandatory experience working with AI / ML systems in production
• (model deployment, inference, latency, scaling, monitoring, and reliability)
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Celery and asynchronous task processing
• Significant experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience with Docker and container-based architectures
• Deep understanding of scalability, cloud security, reliability, and cost optimization

• Experience supporting high-traffic SaaS platforms
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Experience with Conversational AI, voice systems, or automation platforms

• Work on a real, production-grade AI product with active customers
• Direct influence over core infrastructure and architectural decisions
• High ownership and real technical impact
• A focused, high-level engineering environment
