Marketing Team Lead – SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Team Lead with proven expertise in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), SEO, and experience working in the U.S. market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build actionable strategies, execute them effectively, and leverage AI-driven marketing automation to scale impact.

• Develop and implement comprehensive GEO strategies that integrate generative AI for content optimization and personalization.
• Lead and manage a small team while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to improve visibility and rankings across traditional and AI-driven search engines.
• Adapt and localize campaigns for the U.S. market ensuring cultural and market fit.
• Build, deploy, and optimize custom marketing AI agents for lead generation, content creation, and workflow automation.
• Integrate marketing systems and data sources (CRM, CDP, analytics, ad platforms) for end-to-end measurement and optimization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO/SEM and GEO marketing with proven success.
• Demonstrated track record running campaigns in the U.S. market.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to create actionable plans and deliver measurable results.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation.

• Experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven content strategies.
• Ability to develop custom marketing AI agents (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG workflows).
• Integration-level programming skills (Python/JavaScript for APIs, automation, data pipelines).
• Familiarity with CRM/CDP/analytics stacks and ad platforms.
