Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery team.

The PM will manage deployment projects for several accounts across several regions. The PM is expected to lead without authority skills whilst displaying leadership, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

● Lead complex projects, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

● Define, document, and manage project scope, status, risks, and timelines, ensuring all aspects are clearly communicated and understood.

● Identify, communicate, and resolve risks and escalations promptly, maintaining project momentum and stakeholder confidence.

● Communicate clearly and effectively across all mediums, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.

● Lead and summarize various meetings, such as Kick-Offs, Implementation Summaries, Weekly Status Checks, Internal Touchpoints, etc., ensuring all participants are aligned and informed.

● Ensure projects are on track, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.

● Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

● Drive projects to closure while managing resource schedules and balancing competing priorities.

● Provide consistent and transparent project updates to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.

● Communicate with team members and customers across different time zones, ensuring timely and effective interactions.

● Measure project performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

● Travel up to 20%

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of outbound project management experience - Required

● Proven client-facing and communication skills both written and verbal, across different Regions - Required

● Previous experience in managing projects consist of physical hardware delivery (logistics) and deployment.

● Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to work under high pressure - Required

● Proactive, self-motivated, assertive, and can lead without authority

● Fluent English

 Preferred:

● Knowledge and experience in the Aviation Security, Xray, CT,

● Tech Savvy - networking and operating system, scripting etc’
