Team Leader AI Agent Development

A global, well-established company in the cybersecurity domain is looking for a Team Leader to lead and grow a team of engineers developing AI-based Agents in a production-scale environment.

This role combines strong people leadership with hands-on technical ownership and end-to-end responsibility over multiple agent projects — from design and architecture, through implementation and integration, to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI-agent engineers in a collaborative, high-performance environment

• Own team execution: sprint planning, prioritization, delivery commitments, and production support

• Drive end-to-end development of AI agents across multiple streams and integrations

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices

• Maintain clear communication with product, management, and cross-functional stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Strong software engineering background with experience in AI/ML and LLM-based systems (agent-based experience is a big plus)

• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams

• Proven track record of delivering complex systems to production

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel efforts

• Experience working in cloud environments and with modern development and monitoring toolscloud environments and with modern development and monitoring too

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field
