Role Description

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the specification, design, and development of complex multidisciplinary electronic systems, as well as managing technological projects from initiation to delivery.

Key responsibilities include preparing electronic schematics for systems and circuit boards, building and managing project schedules (GANTT), coordinating tasks and milestones, collaborating closely with R&D teams and subcontractors, and supporting development, production, and testing processes.

The role also involves working directly with customers, delivering technical presentations, maintaining ongoing communication, managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading Proof of Design (POD) processes, and providing real-time technological solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in electronic development

Experience in managing technological projects

Experience working with R&D teams

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure

Good level of English (written and spoken)

Advantages
