Job Description
- Responsibility for ongoing operation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products within the organization.
- Learning and training on the products/systems for which the team is responsible.
- Execution of tasks as part of the team’s quarterly work plan.
- Infrastructure architecture planning for the systems under the team’s responsibility.
- Support and assistance to development teams.
- Ongoing maintenance, project support, and implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Writing scripts for infrastructure needs.
- Performing performance and load testing.
- Handling incidents and production deployments.
Job Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / graduate of military technology units / advanced professional courses in the field – mandatory.
- At least 6 years of professional experience working with Microsoft infrastructure environments (including Azure AD, 365, Power Platform).
- Proven and extensive knowledge in Microsoft 365 environments: OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps.
- Proven experience in writing complex PowerShell-based scripts.
- Experience with Exchange on-prem / online environments.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 systems – advantage.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python – advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products: Windows Servers, SQL Server, IIS.
