We are looking for an experienced Web Development Lead to join a leading defense company and take ownership of developing complex web-based systems. This role includes end-to-end responsibility (Front-End + Back-End), system design and architecture, integration, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of web applications.
- Analyze requirements and implement solutions using C# and React.
- Ensure development aligns with organizational standards, perform Code Reviews, and share knowledge.
- Work with Restful APIs, WebSocket, WebRTC, and video streaming technologies.
- Handle system integration, testing, and support.
- Collaborate closely with development and system engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in C# and React development in Linux/Windows environments.
- Proven experience in leading development or managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of Redux, React Hooks, and Git.
- Experience with large-scale systems, server-side development, and map component integration.
- Familiarity with system architecture and design principles.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree – advantage.
