DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to own and operate the full infrastructure stack supporting multiple iGaming brands. This role covers everything from bare-metal servers and virtualized environments to CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, security, and monitoring.

You will work closely with the CTO and engineering teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable deployments across Node.js backend services, React/Next.js frontends, and internal back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-environment infrastructure across bare-metal servers and ESXi-based VM clusters
• Provision, secure, and maintain virtual machines, networking, load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs
• Administer Cloudflare services including DNS, WAF, geo-blocking, caching, and Zero-Trust access
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Node.js, React/Next.js, and internal services
• Automate deployments, versioning, tagging, rollbacks, and release workflows
• Operate and scale Docker and Kubernetes clusters for production workloads
• Manage database environments including backups, replication, monitoring, and schema changes
• Implement observability and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, and Netdata
• Enforce infrastructure and application security best practices (secrets management, SSH access, firewall rules, access policies)
• Collaborate closely with developers and leadership to ensure stable, reliable releases across all brands

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments
• Strong Linux, virtualization (ESXi), and networking expertise
• Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline automation
• Experience supporting deployments for Node.js and React/Next.js applications
• Solid understanding of database systems, clustering, and caching (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Redis)
• Security-focused mindset with readiness to support 24/7 production systems

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming or multi-brand SaaS environments
• Experience operating high-availability, compliance-driven systems
